As a business and family living and working on the edge of the Cape Otway Forrest on the Surf Coast hinterland we are very excited about CORA being given the green light. The $350M sports precinct includes plans for a sports and tourism hub featuring multiple playing fields, gymnasiums, yoga studio, cardio and weight rooms, virtual reality training studios, indoor courts, an aquatic centre and community facilities.

Alongside a 128-room hotel, a microbrewery, art galleries, eco-museum, farmers market and organic farm to provide food for the onsite restaurants.

As residents and business owners who are passionate about building our local region we are very excited about CORA’s future role in the community and there commitment to sustainability.
