Design Week showcases why the city has recently been recognised as a UNESCO City of Design. More than twenty events during Design Week will aggregate the aspirations and agitators of Geelong’s creative community, and provide an opportunity for all Victorians to discover the depth of design the city of Geelong has to offer.

Alongside new innovations and technologies, the program explores local creative and cultural talents, our Indigenous heritage and inspires thinking and conversation around the future shape of our city.

The Geelong Design Week 2020 theme, doing it differently, highlights Geelong’s unique creative heritage while showing how clever design can be used to discover new solutions to societal challenges.
